Our story

We were operators first.
Consultants second.

Before TheRossies wrote a line of code, we spent decades inside FMCG, healthcare and agriculture — running operations at scale, navigating complexity, and making high-stakes calls with imperfect information.

That changes how we consult. We don't arrive with a slide deck about digital transformation. We arrive knowing what a stock-out costs, what a bad season does to cashflow, and why the spreadsheet the whole business secretly runs on can never be replaced overnight.
